There once was a young girl who lived inside the pages of books and thought the public library was the most magical place on earth. Now that girl has the privilege to work at a library and she could not be happier.

 

Before finding her way to Athens, Cassie earned a Bachelor's in Marine Biology and a Master's in Marine and Environmental Biology from Nicholls State University. Her love for aquatic life is almost as boundless as her love for books. She is an avid reader who truly enjoys reading across genres. However, one of her favorite activities is talking about books with fellow book lovers which is why she has been an active member of the Henderson County Library Book Club since its inception.
